Shaman Imbuements

Hey guys. I'm an Enchancement, Shaman. I've read up alot, but i can never settle my mind on the best for TOP DPS, as Ench. Can you guys help me out, and what Imbue that goes in Main hand and which in Off hand. I'd really appreciate the help! =)

I would recommend you read the sticky about enchantment shamans on this forum or go to icy-veins. There are a lot of resources out there that you can read up on. Better to do the research yourself first then just make a post asking what to do.

Dancing steel and windsong would be weapon enchants and not imbues imho. But maybe he could clarify this.

And God, please! It is not enchantment - it is enhancement!

enchants - dancing steel, windsong and the like (enchanting profession)
enhancement, enhance or enh - shaman specialisation

Guys. It clearly says enCHANCEment. Not Enchantment...

Trying not to be picky but your thread title is confusing some by saying enchancement as the post above me put it, it should be enhancement. There is no such thing as enchancement, and as for imbues Windfury, Flametongue for most things and Frostbrand for pvp.

i dont like people saying that frostbrand is is off hand enchant you should use for pvp. its bad damage, the slow isnt reliable, and really its bad damage. it should be used as a utility sprint with unleashed fury, regardless of whether youre PVPing or PVEing. sitting with frostbrand perm on is like warriors or DKs sitting in defensive stance/presence, rets with whatever seal on that doesnt stack censure on you, etc. its borderline misinformation to say in black and white terms that FT is pve and FB is pvp.

Also, its been Windfury MH Flametongue OH, almost since the dawn of time - ok perhaps not but you get the point. I would suggest reading some guides more in depth.

they made it less punishing to use frostbrand. thats about it. before the UF sprint, frostbrand was never ever used.

So, what you're saying, is that it's perfectly acceptable, for Ele players to say "enchancement?"
