    MW PvP Professions?

    BS eng or BS JC?

jc / bs is your best and most flexable stat boots, engineering is good but using the on use stat boost interrupts your channel which can throw things off at times

Yea, I'd say JC/BS for sure.

    Tailoring is underrated as well.

For world and random battleground PvP, engineering is a must. For Arenas and Rated Battlegrounds - BS, JC, Tailoring or Engineering are all about equal - combine at your preference. There isn't really a huge stats gap anymore though, so it's not a big deal. For my DK I went BS/JC - he gets extra sockets and extra powerful gems and that works out well for anyone who may end up flag carrying or needs the constant stat gain for survivability. My spriest is Tailoring/Engineering - which can lead to cloak proc + glove proc, or cloak proc + trinket use = extra big burst. My lock is Engineering / Inscription - in this case BS may be the better call (instead of Inscription) for more Resilience gems for passive survivability - but leveling BS sucks so unless she becomes my main I won't worry about it.

I'm gonna throw something out of left field here: Alchemy...

Enhanced Flasks + Having Mana pots cheaply made are a nice offset for our ability to burn through our mana pool as fast as we do.

I typically do Engineering with all my PvP toons for the mobility, but with all the baked-in mobility monks have it's almost redundant. Plus as a healer alot rides on me, can't risk that Rocket Fuel Leak.

i can't think of a single person who uses mana pots in pvp, not that anyone even uses mana pots anymore anyway, in pve everyone uses conc pots.

mana isn't really an issue for any healers except maybe disc priests who have always been the weakest in terms of their mana longevity.

i'm not even sure you CAN use standard dps pots in rated pvp.

i use speed and invis pots pretty regularly in random bgs, but i can't use them in rated play.

nitro leaks are a non issue in rated pvp since the boots are disabled, it sucks if you die to them in random bgs, but its not like those matter

BS/Engi is always the answer to any 'what prof is best' question, no matter if it's pve or pvp. its the most flexible static stat gain and the added utility of an extra burst trinket. i literally can't think of any spec that wouldn't benefit from this combo.

but in all honestly, profs make such a tiny impact on your performance you might as well not have them
