Im lost for words, the FIVE year old got a .22 caliber rifle in a gift, not a BB-gun nor a airsoft, a REAL fucking gun. WHY the fuck would u give a rifle to a 5 year old, any care to explain?

Honestly, I wouldn't give my own son a rifle for a gift until he was at least 15 or older (unless there's an age limit law?) and showed he knew how to use it responsibly, if I were to give him a gun at all.

My children could shoot guns at 5 no problem. The issue lies with the parents being irresponsible and leaving the gun around.

Properly supervised there is no issue.
