Just doing that will help you tremendously. Also remember that losing weight is something that is going to happen slowly and with bumps in the road. Don't get discouraged by slow progress, and don't fret if the number on the scale fluctuates here and there. All of that is normal. If you follow the formula above, you will lose weight and keep it off provided that you don't have some kind of hormonal disorder or return to your previous ways.
