Undead armies are quite a deadly force.

Hell, the only reason we even beat the Scourge is because the Lich King wanted us to reach ICC, and Tirion pulled a miracle out his ass only when the raid was dead.....

And this is kinda problem. Lich king had excuse other villains do not have. Think about yogg saron (my favourite villain in wow). Why didn't he simply drove us all insane when we started beating on him ? Or why didnt he broke the floor drowning us in saronite ? Of course we can interprete his and vezax death quotes as part of "just as planned", but when we think about it, it didnt made any sense. Think about deathwing, if old gods goal was wreck havoc in azeroth and free themselves by bringing apocalypse why didnt they blow him up in maelstrom ? It would be much easier for them, than letting us deus ex machina DW, with time travel, old artifacts and mary sues.
Im starting to think that we should imo had a little more "loreless" raids and let the story goes without players influence (that at the end isnt even canon in most cases).

I dont thin Yogg actually broke free from his prison, but was in the process of doing so. So he may not have been 100% manifested or invested in the fight.

But needless to say us players are very over-powered.

but us facing down Aspects of Death and supernatural Old Gods is all part of the making the players feel like heroes. For us to accomplish impossible tasks and what not.

And i kinda can't aggre. While "feeling like hero" is a cool things, us beating things that could vaporise us with little finger (lei shen for example), simple lead to immersion breaking. If you take example of AQ this was really solid raid because it feelt like something accomplished by more than 40 scrubs. It took united might of horde and alliance and cenarion and bronze dragonflight to push quraji back to gates and lauch counter attack using legendary scepter to weaken they defenses.
Now look how it is in 5.2. We rolled over mogu and zandalari so hard its not even funny. I simply love that scenario when we solo someone tittled war-god.
"War-god" my ass. Hell zandalari weren't even able to conquer village full of peasants in kun-lai they were pathetic. You would think that ancient empire with fanatical warriors, primal magic and powerfull loa spirits could do better. Instead they are cannon-fodder for daily quest. Glorious.

Well, we didnt really "roll over" the Isle of Thunder. The start to finish "seige" on the island probably lasted a signifigant amount of "game time". Sure, if you are a fresh character to the island, you get to do the seige scenarios 1 after another in like 45 minutes and boom, you are knocking on Lei-shens front door, but in game time, it was probaby several weeks worth of hard fighting by TWO sides working in parallel to bring down the Isle Defenses.

And as to the Zandalari, I really dont think we have heard the last of them. Mainly because we have heard and seen NOTHING of Zul himself, who seems to be a very important VERY powerfull seer. I highly doubt Zul would have thrown his people out to be pawns of Mogu if he knew that it was destened to be a dead end. In all likelyhood, it is probably a case of Zul having the Majority of the Zandalari empire survivors still on a large Flotilla of Ships somewhere looking for a new home, while sending a portion of them to see if their old ties with the Mogu would pan out.

Also, if it wasnt for the timely intervention of us globe trotting heroes, the Zandalari pretty much WOULD have rolled over that Pandaran villiage. As it was, conquering them was never their real intention to begin with. They were there only as part of the scouting force attempting to recover the Thunder King for resurection.

Not to mention that every goblin player is a saviour, and almost a leader of their faction... Feeling like a hero is cool, but being a part of the whole in the bigger picture is kind of more realistic and in the end, more satisfying. If victory was sex, we'd be pornstars, for whom it is a job - ordinary, mundane, daily.

Why don't you just pay attention to a character instead of griping about how that character isn't acting how you think they should?

I wouldn't be surprise if she does something as the patch lead up to the next expansion where she actually summons the burning legion. How she summons it I personally would like it to be a mistake she makes trying to do something else and whoops demons come poring in.

She could act as a faction boss for the alliance during the siege coming to try and rez up the remains of the human navy. She is more of a non player in the siege though not really needing to be on either side, but I do see her as a separate event to the siege itself as sort of a dungeon/quest line/scenario thing going.

There was a Q&A where the devs said that the new warchief will have to address her, while they joked about her being the new warchief, so there will be conflict with her and the rest of the horde. I hope she isn't around much longer continuing her Nazi perfect race genocide brainwashing plan.

Or you know they could cure themselves become living and reproduce that way instead of dragging everyone to eternal damnation with them.

They don't have the measles. They died. Now they do what they must to survive. As any sentient species would.
I'm a Forsaken. I kill firstborns while their mamas watch. I turn cities into salt. I even, when I feel like it, rip the souls from little girls, and from now till kingdom come, the only thing you can count on in your existence is never understanding why.

Is it possible to see the story first before we make plans that has no chance to succeed?

No we wouldn't. Varimathras worked for the angry little guy, that one, who is... Ah yes, Sargeras, the arcinemesis of azeroth.

An attack on Stormwind harbour could devastate the city and almost force the alliance to surrender territory to her.
Bear in mind we dont yet know what forces will be attacking orgrimmar, essentially we could have a large undead force for w/e reason there led by sylvanas meaning the tables could be turned and the Wildhammers and arathors could do some damageto her territory?

Gilneas, the stormpikes, the wildhammers, Stromgarde and even Ironforge could oppose her. And Tirion would not see a full EK invasion with happiness. How can I say the Argent Crusade could stop Sylvanas for a while? They control many cities (Heartglen, Tyr's Hand, Stratholme, Light's Hope Chapel) and then they were strong enough to take and maintain them. Moreover, they defeated the lich king. And are represented as the major human organization left in lordaeron, which is also composed by other races.

They didnt defeat Lich King, they only served as fodder while actual competent factions did all the work.

Yes yes yes yes yes yes yes, but with all the aid of Alliance & Horde, we can presume they are still a considerable force.
