Finally going to build my own PC but need help

Having danced around with the idea off buying a used system and building my own for years i've decided to take the plunge. I have a month off work due to a broken foot so have plenty off time to get it done. Ideally I'd like a quiet and cool system that's able to play the games I list on Ultra if possible.

Budget: £800, maybe can push a little more.

    Resolution: 1080p

Games / Settings Desired: LoL, Neverwinter, Battlefield 3 and 4 when it comes, Arma3, Skyrim (have it for console but want to try mods) and the eventual releases off FF14 and DayZ. Ideally all on Ultra because if I'm going to do this I might as well make it worth while.

    Country: England.

Parts that can be reused: None

    Do you need an OS?
    Unfortunatly

Do you need peripherals (e.g. monitor, mouse, keyboard, speakers, etc)? Just a keyboard and I have my eye on a few on ebay at the moment.

    Any help is appreciated.

pretty nice quick reference for building gaming pcs, updated usually on a monthly basis. For you, look around the $1200 mark, i believe thats the rough conversion from GBP to USD

I didn't include a keyboard, but i left room in the budget to include one. I can't recommend many keyboards as my experience in good keyboards is limited.
