First of all, I think I'd be undead. Why do you ask? Well to me it's pretty clear....They can't die (at least not from old age). Imagine having that ability, basically you are responsible for your own death, you can't die from natural causes.

Class - mage. Just so i can turn all my friends into sheep, imagine that trolls i can pull off with that.

organization - Timbermaw Hold. They love me in that tunnel.

Hate to burst your bubble but the Forsaken are not "immortal" in the sense you are lead to believe.

Gnome Mage Engineer.

I like Gnome because they are clever curious and like experimenting with stuffs.
I would be a mage, because it seems to be the most intellectual class.

I would join the Horde and give them all of the gnomes' secret if they help me retaking Gnomeregan (since the Alliance does not really care) (could be remane Gmoneregar). I would mate with an Orc female to enginner a new race mixing the strenght of the Orc and the intellect (and cuteness) of the Gnomes.

This would lead of course to a new class, Warmageneer.

Either a gnome mage (my main... what a coincidence) or a pandaren monk. As a mage, I would happily live in Dalaran and be Kirin-Tor (but fully in agreement that Dalran should be Alliance) and as Pandaren, I would probably be Order of the Cloud Serpent.
