I don't see it happening before that. It's been less than 2 months since v5.2 was released, and I don't think Blizzard will rush the patch THAT MUCH...Fact (because I say so): TBC > Cata > Legion > ShaLa > MoP > DF > BfA > WoD = WotLK

15th of May is my current guess, but that's assuming the PTR changes to Release in the next few days. Basically I'm thinking, "Release candidate up? 2 weeks time it is."
