Can MW solo Kael'Thas?

Touch of Death is what makes it so easy for a monk. On level 90 you can literally oneshot the woman before she casts a spell. Kite her at least 30 yards away from other guys to not get instantly feared. After the girl is dead it's really easy.

I soloed it as a Poorly geared Brewmaster Last night,(as in a few heroic pieces unenchanted ungemmed, and some questing blues and greens.) and with MW having better dps I don't see why it would be a problem for them.
