Uh, the trailer you linked was a major content patch. With lots involved.
Patch 5.3 doesn't have a whole lot.
In fact its a rather measily patch.
A new arena, whoop whoop, none of the points you listed are anything worth while to put into a cinematic.

Its a filler patch, to bide time until the next raid content patch
