Fix my DPS please (Balance)

I have problems with my DPS. Rotation that I do is similar with Icy veins, MMO forum thread... but my DPS is still low.
Can you give me some tips to improve my DPS, rotation or something?

First of all, your dps compared to your others is not that bad. you have gear disadvantages.

Logs on megaera very bad dot uptimes, with your gear no multidotting, and tell your shadow to stop, he gains nothing from multidotting on that fight with his talents except dps wasted and lost on focus. but thats OT.

Get better gear first of all. Try to have higher dot uptimes. atleast 90%. you got the first hastebreakpoint no only crit as you are doing.
Getting a new weapon would really help^^. you have so little spellpower.

Someone else may help you more. Not a balance anymore and not up to date on everything.

Like I said its not that bad, dotuptimes/management with int procs.
