You couldn't be more wrong. MMO-C is full of tattoo-haters, unfortunately

I would rather look for a Japanese forum and try to make some friends there.

Out of curiosity, why get a tattoo in a language that you don't understand? Is it a Japanese saying that you like?

because i prefer the japanese version of this meaning .
the english (or french as i m french) is not as appealing as the japanese version.
and i have been to japan 3 times.

    ?

Not sure about the last character as Ro is just Hiragana and I don't think that's right..

I think what you're looking for is "seize the day" for the translation. Which would be "今を生きろ" as above.

"今を生きろ" was used in japan as part of advertisement for Dead Poets Society and is most often translated as seize the day, or so Google tells me.

i guess it's supposed to mean something like "live for the moment" or "seize the day".

but i thought ikiro (the last 3 symbols) are more like "surviving" than "living"/"experiencing". but i had to go through vocabulary notes to find a more suiting one.

The hiragana in the picture is correct though in my knowledge.

I love tattoos but I don't know Japanese, so I cannot help.

I think it takes a brave person to rely on internet strangers for translation help for something as permanent as a tattoo. Personally I'd be wary to even get a tattoo in a language I didn't know, but especially if it was proofread by The Interwebs™. Just be careful, OP, I am nervous on your behalf.
