Uhm, because the first one's suck, and the last one's are awesome. That's pretty much all there is into it. The anime you mentioned are all for a slightly different target audience. Naruto and Dragon Ball are more for the younger people. If Dragon Ball was to come out today, I wouldn't even notice it. But it was a big part of my childhood so obviously I love it even today. Naruto came out when I was way older, and I never liked it.
The new Shippuden is nice because of the war, finally people die and the story is progressing like crazy. The target audience however is again slightly different. No goofing around, serious topics, harsh background story, famous chars die etc.
TL;DR: The anime you don't like are all for younger people. The ones you liked are for older audiences. You just like more mature anime, that's all.
Note: I completely quit watching anime. I just read the mangas/manhwas once a week or so.
