Help with analyzing my raid group

Hey guys i could use some help looking at our logs and help me see whats up with a few fights mostly whats affecting our pally healer on tortos and overall the issues on megaera and anything else we could fix that would made those 2 fights go smoother. Here is the link to our logs.

I haven't played Holy this tier, but taking a look at his logs, it seems that your pally is on the right track. He could be more efficient with Holy Radiance (making sure he's casting it on grouped up people to maximize output) and making sure to swap Beacon around to minimize overheals (make sure he gets glyph for this).

Just took a quick look at the logs...your pally got hit by a lot more spinning shells than anybody else in your raid - that is a lot of lost casting time. His top healing done is also on your monk tank but Eternal Flame as a % of heals is quite low.

For Megaera, you might just need to coordinate cooldowns a bit tighter since I see you are already using 3x healers for it. Your raid needs to make use of healthstones / personal CDs to help out as well.
