ToT Heroics - Recommended encounter order?

Starting Heroics next week and was wondering, in what order would you rank each encounter's difficulty? 1 being the least challenging 12 being the most difficult. All input appreciated! Ty guys.

We went

1. Jin'rokh
2. Horridon
3. Tortos
4. Megeara
5. Ji-kun
6. Iron-Qon
7. Council
8. Durumu
9. Primordius
10. Twin Consorts
11. Dark Animus
12. Lei Shen
13. Ra-den

However I found that encounter wise we SHOULD have probably gone

1. Jin'rokh
2. Horridon
3. Ji-kun
4. Tortos
5. Iron-Qon
6. Primordius
7. Twin Consorts
8. Council (because gear trivializes the hell out of this)
9. Megeara
10. Durumu
11. Dark Animus
12. Lei-Shen
13. Ra-den

Dark Animus and Lei-Shen are an equal pain in the ass but you can't do Lei-Shen without Dark Animus.

Assuming 10 man Jin'Rokh->Ji-kun->Horridon/tortos->Iron qon->Maegera>council->primordius->twins->durumu->animus->lei shen

Somewhat tight dps race to bring them down while empowered while also killing sul before he becomes enpowered and casts sandstorm (you can let him become enpowered, but it's adviced to kill him before)

Healing pretty rough aswell. Handling frost bite also a bit tricky. Either you can soak it with rotating people, or you can chain cooldowns on the person who gets it, or if you're lucky someone who can immune it gets it. (have to pop immunities right before it lands on you) Only paladins, mages and druids with symbiosis for ice block can do this afaik.

All in all it's quite a technical fight, and imo harder than most of the others except durumu, animus, and lei shen ofc.
