<Lucid Dream> is a newly formed 10 man raiding guild on Kazzak-EU, formed by myself a raid leader that has grown tired of the constant bickering and drama that is usually found within 25 man raiding guilds. If you are interested in a semi-hardcore raiding environment and would like to progress and compete against the top guilds of the world then you're at the right place.
We are experienced and seasoned raiders, and we expect potential applicants to also have raiding experience, we're not looking to carry anyone, we want to get as much content down as fast as possible, so if you don't have anything noteworthy behind your back to show that you are a dedicated raider then this isn't the place for you.
We are recruiting the following classes:
1x Tank:
1x Death Knight
1x Healer:
1x Druid or Monk
2x DPS:
1x Rogue or Hunter.
1x Boomkin or Spriest
Applicant Requirements:
First and foremost we are looking for members who are passionate about raiding, who want to progress. So attitude plays a huge factor in your time in our guild.
You must be able to handle constructive criticism well, we often go over our raid logs and talk to our members about how to go about improving themselves.
You must have a working microphone and the latest ventrillo client.
You must have at least 11/12 on Normal mode of the Throne of Thunder.
Your item level should also be 510 which is the average of our guild's
We are currently using a loot council system which we believe suites our guild better, the progression of the guild takes priority over your own needs meaning loot is distributed to what we believe will benefit us as a whole.
Loot Council allows us to better deicde what we want from our raids and how to go about reaching our goals faster. We do however still take note of things such as attendence, performance and attitude into the looting process.
