So back when 5.1 dropped i started this questline and got revered with the faction. I decided to faction change for a bit and then i faction changed back but when i go to krasarang, little pieces of the oil rig are floating in the air and the phasing questline reset for example, garrosh is still on the beach. How do i fix this?

Open a ticket I would say. They might be able to reset the quests and the phasing back to where they should be for your player.
