Vicious Talisman trinket bugged?

does anyone noticed about "Vicious Talisman of the Shado-Pan Assault" trinket
for me sometimes the duration go above 20 sec
is it a bug for feral or just normal thing its somehow double stack duration?

Hmm i'm pretty sure i saw about increasing duruation and decreasing power by the valor trinkets in PvP.

Vicious Talisman of the Shado-Pan Assault now grants a reduced bonus of 4400 to Agility, down from 8800 Agility, and the effect duration now lasts 40 seconds, up from 20 seconds when the effect is activated in PvP combat.

The proc on the guys screen shot shows 8800 agility procing for 31 seconds.

The ingame tooltip hasn't been updated and won't be until 5.3.
As for 31 seconds, that's b/c the SS was taken 9secs after the trinket was proc'd.
Ingame tooltips are often not updated until a following patch b/c it's an issue that
has to be addressed on blizz's side. aka client side update.
