It seems as if they are already preparing for a 14th release, putting up previews of bg and arena on battle.net.
If not this is taking way too long for a medium sized patch with little content.

22nd or 29th. Seems like they're getting ready for a release with all the previews and such. But still haven't seen a release candidate on the PTR it seems, so don't see it next week, but I still feel it'll be here before the end of May.
