    do a split. one week, do 1 row of triceps exercises, second week, do a second row of triceps exercises.

    i dunno if its due my genetics, but ive gotten amazing triceps from that.

    though i do 4-5 sets of 10-8 on some exercises, some i do 3-5, some i do 15+.

    the best workout per muscle group can vary from person to person. keep experimenting

    make sure you're really feeling your muscles pump full of blood while you're training. Generally, starting with a lighter weight with high reps and really "feeling" that pump is better before going up in weight and maintaining/increasing the feeling.
