Tier 15 2 piece set vs 522s

Hi guys,
I have 522 chest from raiding, but I got 502 lfr tier chest today. With the 522 tier gloves I can get 2 piece set bonus but I will lose 300 strength in the process (no other stats I calculated it).
Do you think the 2 piece is worth more than 300 strenth or less?

I have the same problem here =[

But i have 496 shouder t14 ( Will give me a bonus with head ) , and chest 502 LFR ( T15) , what should i use?
