Sympathy (H) Zul'jin LF EXCEPTIONAL Ranged for Heroic 25s!

We are a 25 man guild new to Zul'jin this tier. We transferred the week 5.2 hit from Turalyon where the remnants of the guild continue to raid. Many of our raiders have extensive heroic experience in last tier and prior.

Times:
We raid Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 8-11:30 PM EST

Loot:
We have a 6 member loot council, consisting of at least one officer representing each gear class (caster, melee, healer, tank). During trial periods, we may give you loot, but do not expect heroic thunderforged on your first night.

Progression:
T15-12/12N (1/13H)

Needs:
Warlock: Medium
Mage: High
Balance Druid: High
Elemental Shaman: High
Prot Paladin: VERY High
Brewmaster Monk: VERY High
Guardian Druid: High

What We're Looking For
Numbers are something we obviously look for, but we mainly look for awareness. I don't care if you do 600k dps on jin'rokh. If you blow everyone else up, is that really worth it? Do you stand in rockfall? Perhaps you should look elsewhere.
We also want TEAM PLAYERS. This is a 25 man guild. 25 man guilds cannot operate with 25 raiders. You will be expected to sit on some bosses. If you expect to be in every boss, a 10 man may be more suited to your playstyle.
