[H] <Critical Mass> 1/13H ToT LF Heals

<Critical Mass> is a semi-hardcore 10-man progression guild on US-PvP server Lightning's Blade(EST). We are currently 1/13 Heroic ToT and are looking for people to push heroic progression with us.

This guild has been recently formed by a group of raiders who share a common interest in progressing through heroic content at a reasonable rate. A lot of us have been raiding content since Vanilla. Most members are at least 6/16 Heroic last tier. If you are looking to make an honest effort at completing this tier's heroic content and do not want to raid on a hardcore schedule, this may be the guild for you.

Loot System - Suicide Kings

Raid times:

Tuesday: 8 - 11PM EST
Thursday: 8 - 11PM EST
Sunday: 8 - 11PM EST

With a 9 hour raid week, we focus on downing content as quickly as possible and we are in need of raiders who learn and adapt quickly.

What we expect of our raiders:

- As close to 100% attendance as possible, with a 9 hour raid week, this is not much to ask.
- Be a super competitive raider, always looking to squeeze for that extra 1%.
- Full consumables (Pots, flasks, food) every single attempt.
- Positive attitude.
- Absolutely no drama. Complete 100% zero-tolerance policy on any form of drama.
- Show up on time and ready to raid.
- Show up with AT LEAST a working knowledge of our planned encounter(s) for the night.
- Put guild forums to good use.
Showing up and asking "so what does this guy do?" will get you quickly replaced.

Current Needs:

We believe in raid spots being competitive. Performing better than others will earn you a raid spot in this guild. Gear is unimportant as long as you can perform. We are currently recruiting a healer and ranged dps to push further into heroics. Our current class needs are, but not limited to:

Healers:
- Monk
- Shaman
- Druid

Ranged DPS:
-Boomkin
-Hunter

**Any DPS really who thinks they can beat/outperform our current DPS**
