New to paladins, Most superior Specc?

Hello everyone!
So i just had a 2 Month break from WoW, played PvE warlock before.

Im thinking about to reroll either Feral/boom PvE/PvP druid Or a Paladin, havent really decided what specc yet,
So im asking you guys, Which is the most "Superior" Specc In both PvE & PvP?
Sorry if im lazy and havent readed around much but i thought it would be easier to get my question answered by making the question myself.

In PVE, if you want to tank, prot of course!, if you want to top DPS, go prot, if you want to top healing, go prot!
