For those of you that quit WoW, would you again pay Blizz $15/month to play on Vanilla or TBC servers? I quit at the beginning of MOP but I was thinking about the fun I had back then. If WoW subscriptions are decreasing, does this seem like a good solution for Blizz?

BC was my favorite expansion in 8 years of WoW.
No, they should not just make a BC server.

nostalgia is a fickle thing.
i used to think the animated zelda show was the best thing ever when i was a kid, i watched it as an adult and after about 3 "well excuuuuse me princess." i realized that only a 6 year old could have enjoyed this.

Nope. The past is the past and this is a progressive game. They make Warcraft rts games for Nostalgia.
