Will 5.3 see a return to 5.1 levels of representation for PvP rogues?

Been watching some rogue streams and uhm they don't seem all too pleased about 5.3. Except Merc, he thinks rogues are fine.

I've done more pvp, and I'm normally able to hold my own in bgs/duels but arenas something completely different. Doing 3s and when I pop dance, it's almost like I can hear the opposing team going "rogue's dancing. Yeh, whatevs".

I would love to see some rework done on shadowstep and sprint as I spend so much time in roots and snares while other classes have so much mobility.

QFT. it's horrible. I'm sure a good player can still get high rating as a Rogue, but the skillcap has just absolutely rocketed. the amount of micromanagement required to make a Dance mean something now is ridiculous without CnD, and the damage is much lower. 15% nerf from PvP power and whatever% nerf from Expose Weakness nerf.
