Best Warrior spec for 85-90 questing?

I have access to the BoA ilvl 450 blues if that makes a difference. I've been prot 10-84 but people say Shield Slam isn't as OP after 85+. What should I spec for best questing?

arms, hands down. fury is a pain in the ass with no to low crit.

Arms. Least required gear check spec, therefore its the fastest way to level unless you somehow have most of your slots with BoA 450's. A good rule of thumb is to check your crit rating. If you're crit is below 20%, I would stick with Arms. Otherwise play Fury. Even if you don't have the gear to play Fury you can still play it if you like it. It's not much of a difference as say an Assassination Rogue compared to a Combat Rogue in terms of scaling. Warriors are one of the easiest classes to level, you're going to be blowing through mobs with no downtime anyway.

There is no reason to level Prot. You should have enough survivability to be able to solo 5+ enemies at a time.

Protection is fine when you can pull upwards of six mobs... Which you generally can't. You'll kill things far faster as Arms, and with Defensive Stance and Die by the Sword, nothing should threaten your life.

TBH I would vote Protection.

Zero downtime (which really most have minimal nowadays)
But also instant dungeon queues when you get bored of the questing...

People mumble about something called "dualspec" when nobody is watching.
I leveled arms and specced prot when I felt bored.
