Yep. I think next week will be the 10th week of the season, so (if I have this correct), any character with below 10,000 season conquest earnt will have a bonus pool to catch them up to 10k (10 weeks * 1000).
So, if you were to ding a character to 90 next week, you would have a full 10k bonus pool AND the weekly cap (2.2k). So, you could potentially get 12.2k conquest the first week you ding.
