    What deal to pick?

Hello MMO, I know Ive asked for help alot on my current building but inexperiance people need pro peoples help so we can become pro ourself!

I am currently building my own computer.. current stuff Ive bought are:
    Fractal Design Define R4
    i5 3570k
    MSI Z77 MPOWER ATX
    500GB Seagate Barracuda 7200rpm SATA 6Gbit/s
    Corsair 8GB (2x4096MB) CL9 1600Mhz VENGEANCE

As you can see I lack both a gpu and psu... I have a tight budget so I've been looking at the used market and I got two kinda decent deals.

Deal 1: XFX 7970 (About 7 months old) + 650w xfx core for 400 USD.
Deal 2: Sapphire 7950 (Brand new) + 1000w silent pro (1 month old) 400 USD

So here I am looking for advice on what 'deal' to pick from.. they are both the same price, however one deal gives me a good PSU and lesser GPU and the other is vice versa.

What would you pick and no I cannot buy the PSU from one and GPU from one ;/ They are only sold togeather.

deal 2 due to XFX being known for high failure rates in their gpu department.

And the OP will need 1kW PSU for what exactly? XFX Core 650W PSU has got pretty good reviews on reputable sites (jonnyguru) so I don't see a problem there as long as the 7 months old graphics card comes with warranty.

According to the seller that sells deal 1 it's bought from a site called komplett.se that has 2nd hand warrenty, so it should be like 1-1,5 years warrently left atleast.

Well, I suppose I would like to CF sometime when I got enough money for it and from what I understand a 650w is like at the exact limit for CF 7970..

I can't buy from Newegg as I do not live in USA and they do not ship to Sweden.

In sweden a xfx 7920 goes for 480ish USD and the 650w for 105ish usd.
    585 USD

7950 for 360 usd and silent pro 1000w for about 240 usd
    600 USD

It seems that I either go for a lesser GPU but I will 100 % beable to CF / trifire with the PSU or a better GPU that I might not beable to CF in the future.

I wouldn't bother planning for crossfire unless you're dead sure you'll have three monitor eyefinity setup or 2560x1440 monitor on your desk within few months. Both 7950 and 7970 can run any game at maximum settings without being GPU capped on single 1920x1080 monitor.

I plan to get eyefinity before christmas. However, if I will beable to CF at the same time Im not sure about.

However.. seeing as its not 100 % sure I can buy CF before christmas it might be more "bang for the buck" to go for the deal 1 and incase I decide to get CF I should buy a better PSU?
