Non raiders and non pvpers at end game, what do you actually do.

Apparently there are large numbers of players that do not like to Pvp or raid at end game. These people continue to sub and enjoy the game and I'd like to hear from you. Why don't you do the above, did you try it? What things do you like to do instead? This is not to say there is anything wrong with this, I am curious.

Most don't keep an active sub. They sub for a month or two when a new patch comes out, then again when another comes out. Most of these people also only play 5-10 hours a week or less, so something regular players get done in a day or two, they spend a week or even a month doing. I know a guy that just now hit 90 after being subbed to WoW since the expansion came out. That's just how little some people play, or efficiency play in some cases. Some people just play games completely differently.

Most casuals who actually keep an active sub, use the game as a social network.. or focus heavily on alts and enjoy the leveling process.

I raid and pvp sometimes. I like leveling alts, exploring, farming, running old stuff, RPng dungeons and raids, getting xmog stuffs, making money, and chatting it up in Gchat or vent/skype.

I do achievement hunting. Pet collecting (for the achievements but still). I did raid vanilla till wrath. I did pvp, getting glad once. I stopped raiding because I got bored with it. Just lost it's taste. PvP was fun but I enjoyed pre-resilience/ vanilla pvp more.

this is all conjecture on my part as I do raid end content.

play the auction house
socialize with others that do not apply themselves to end content
support a raid guild financially or materially that does do end content

This sorta. I enjoy random PvP, and LFR, but I don't do anything too seriously myself anymore. Just a lot of casual stuff since I quit raiding full-time. Leveling up alts, professions, chatting with guildies, and just doing BGs and stuff. I would raid and do more serious PvP if I had the time, but I don't.

I have friends who before lfr never did any end game content they would just yak in guild chat and thats about it

To most people wow is a social outlet that lets people just socialise and they dont really care about killing dragons in raids

I do everything in the game that is not PvP, nor Normal/Heroic raiding, mostly because of my disliking of PvP and not enough time to do serious raiding

I am an explorer. I enjoy the old country as well. so going back and doing all the old but fun quest which also goes towards my quest achievement as well makes it still fun for me.

I was a hardcore raider in vanilla, actually just an all around hardcore player because I had nothing but time back then. I cleared all vanilla content and im proud of that, including naxx 40. I was a part time raid leader, got pvp rank 12 and aided in producing multiple rank 14's in my guild a number of which went on to be big name players back in the vanilla days (if anyone remembers the warrior videos produced by Pat on Arthas, he was one of the r14's I played with daily). I pretty much breathed wow for a couple years. I burned out of raiding hard at naxx 40 and got rid of my account a month or so before BC. I never heavily raided again after vanilla, I checked out raids once or twice but thats it.

Come BC I only pvp'd. We would hold roaming 5v5 events on my server back in vanilla so arena was ALL I cared about in BC. I never stepped foot into any raid outside of the single boss ones and kara in BC. I just rolled arena every minute I played. In season 2 and 3 my 3v3 team was only a few teams away from glad, which killed us, we never ended up claiming it after being so close. After season 4 and facing another BG grind we quit and that was the moment I turned full casual. Since that day, I don't competitively pvp and I don't raid anymore.

What I do in wow now on an average week: I like to achieve whore, I like to pet battle, I like to do a daily scenario and heroic, and maybe a few LFR's a week. I look at all the gear I have access to by playing casually (lfr, valor, craftables, etc) and create a "BIS" set of my own that I strive to complete. I still have a soft side for world pvp so I keep a pvp gear set (its bad, basically just honor gear) and go around looking for trouble from time to time. Its really easy to get in some big fights with CRZ these days. So yeah thats about it. I probably play 10 or 15 hours a week tops. Some weeks I hardly play at all, whatever I feel like really.

I LFR and valor cap, as well as dailies. And i'll do the pvp version of the 5.2 dailies for honor so i can wreck face come AV/Gilneas weekends.

I know a lot of people that just keep leveling new toons. It's mind boggling for me but they like leveling up and questing, some don't do a single thing at 90 before starting a new character..

Yeah, I play on an RP server and I raid / PVP only very casually so I am probably one of the people you mean -- and I also know a lot more people like me. I RP almost daily, I like to level alts, I run LFR on several alts (three currently), and I also do pet battles. Sometimes my friends and I will do dungeons/scenarios/transmog runs together. There really is a lot to do in WoW and I think that's why it's been so successful for so long.

I do LFR when I feel like it, and the rest of the time, I level alts, pet battles, BG's, farm stuff, do dailies, mount runs, go after achievements, help friends with stuff, sit and chat, fish, brawlers, farm bones, farm old raid content, transmog hunting, RP events, random RP chats in various locations around Azeroth, and proably a lot more than I can't remember right now, I just go with the flow when i log in, somethings usually happening somewhere

My wife is this type of player. Hates PVP, has stepped into LFR maybe twice (although I've taken her character through a few times), heck she doesn't even really play the AH (she auctions everything she can but doesn't play the AH game), and she still plays a lot.

Basically she's an achievement junkie that avoids any multiplayer aspect or anything too difficult (will go on a guild dungeon run once in a blue moon but would rather quest in an obscure area or level a toon the guild needs for the classy achievement). Pet battles have been awesome for her but before those came along, she still collected pets & mounts.

She generally takes her time with the game, where I tend to rush through everything.

Skipped out of normal/heroic raiding when LFR offered the same rewards.

Doing casual pvp for fun and mixing it up with RP every other night. Waiting for the hopefull resurgence of motivation that usually comes with a new expansion, class and races.

In previous expansions I used to enjoy running 5 mans to get sub par gear that was good enough. MoP screwed that over. I don't enjoy rushing and time limits, so challenge modes are a no go and scenarios are a waste of time. I socialize, putz around in lfr and roll alts. It's depressing.

This is a funny reply. Exactly how do you know what 'most' people do?

A lot of what I do is ticking off achievements. I see content with LFR, and I keep myself well geared so I'm always up to par with the content, and this helps with running old content with my guildies as well. I don't run an end game raiding guild anymore, and I don't PvP madly, but I do always endeavour to cap valour and conquest. I collect mounts and pets, I have almost every rep exalted on my main. There is always a lot to do
