well in my personal opinion i gemmed crit and go with relic of xuen as arms, why? cause i want to see if the lost long time playstyle of wotlk (try to get 25% at any cost before trying to have other thing) will be useful again and it give me results on bgs.... i was melting healers like nothing with procs and bleeds, try and see it
