<Shroud> is a horde guild currently looking for more exceptional and dedicated players to fill some missing roles in our 25m roster. We have currently completed 2/13H on T15 and finished 9/16H in T14.
<Shroud> has been around for over 6 years and consistently downed content since its creation. We're looking for people who are not only exceptional players, but also want a fun, friendly environment. We are not a realm first progression guild, but rather a steady progression guild that expects it's raiding members to be committed to the common goal of success. Loot is handed out by officer loot council with the focus of loyalty, attendance, and guild need.
We almost never go past these times (maybe a pull or two if there is enough interest and it's appropriate to do so).
Sometimes we do an optional 10 man clean up group Monday nights for content that we did not get to finish due to progression during the week.
We also occasionally have non-mandatory alt raids that take place on either Monday or Wednesday nights starting around 9 EST and usually ending around 12 or 1 AM.
Other members enjoy doing PVP (both battlegrounds and arena), completing old raids for achievements/transmog gear, and pet battling (gotta catch ‘em all).
Realm: About Zul'jin
<Shroud> currently resides on the Zul'Jin server. Zul'Jin is an EST based PvE server. We have a medium-high population with the majority of the server being Horde. This means our AH is usually stocked and you can get what you want for a fair price. There are also plenty of pug groups that form to do random things like transmog runs, RBG's and raids.
We are recruiting ANY exceptional players (except for tank classes) in order to fill our ranks for progression raiding. Our highest priorities, in order, are:
Mage
Hunter
Shaman
Warrior
DK
Druid
Rogue
Off specs are HIGHLY encouraged, as from time to time we may need someone to switch to heals or tank based on raid composition for that day. Having a geared off spec can greatly enhance your chances of becoming a full time raider.
Those who apply should also understand that becoming a main raider may take time. Even if you are set as a backup raider, we often switch people out multiple times during farm nights in order to get everyone geared. Even as a backup raider, your chances of getting into raid 1-2 raids out of the week are pretty high depending on attendance and your own skill.
Those interested in just having a backup slot are also encouraged to apply as we often need people to fill the group on farm nights and many main raiders who already have gear will not mind sitting for you to come in.
Overall, Shroud is a great, accepting guild that offers a lot of social activities and is extremely fun to raid with.
