So what are u guys upgrading with valor for your tank sets? SPA Trink? SPA ring? tier? im just tryna gt an idea of how to distrubute my valor as i have 3500 valor, but not the best gear yet since i just started back playing, trying to see what wont be replaced , n what should be invested in and etc.

How do you have 3500 Valor? Do you mean 2500? I went with Weapon, SPA Trink, then I started upgrading any other 522 pieces I had

Upgrading trinkets increases the stats on them as well as the RPPM.

I have chosen to only upgrade my BiS gear for now and then see what happens as my cap goes.

yea 2500 sorry typo. but i was thinking ring and trinket/s, was also thinking of maybe even getting the SPA dps trink if its worth having. im unsure. or maybe 522 offsets?any suggestions?

Trinkets/Weapon first, then upgrade heroic thunderforged items you won't be replacing, after that go for the biggest stat items (chest/legs/helm), then fill in the rest.

i ygraded my least likely to replace item first... then those who give more benefit

in terms of power:
usually weapon > trinkets > tier(head/chest/legs) > tier(hands/shoulders) > head/chest/legs > hands/shoulders/belt/feet > wrists/rings/neck > back

back last since you'll get a new one soon

still it depends a lot on what you got!
depends on the ilv on it
depends on what bosses youre killing and what upgrades youre likely to get...
depends on the stats of the gear and what benefits more...

As a tank I would upgrade the spa dps trinket before 522 legs if heroic jikun was dying for my guild.

Other than that I would probably be upgrading whichever heroic pieces I have along with anything that I don't expect to be replacing in the near future.

As DPS, my inital upgrades were Weapon > Trinkets > Crafted Boots. The boots are now basically better then anything not Heroic Thunderforged, so it's a slot I can ignore.

After that I upgraded my Heroic Belt, and I'm banking 500 points for whatever drops through the rest of raid this week, otherwise I'll put it into Shoulders/Helmet.

Had 3k valor banked for the last few weeks, I went Weapons (hate DW but got 2 HM weapons), trinkets, heroic gear i'm not replacing for a while (belt), then chest/helm.

Saving 500 for any heroic drops this week.

I am ignoring pants for a while because we will be getting Ji-Kun soon for tier and HM Horrdion pants are a possibility as well.

if the tier is over might as well go for the stam one since probably going be useful next tier XD but with 4k valor do everything XD
