Why is my DPS so low? Rotation may not be right **help**

While looking at logs I found that other rets are pulling a lot more DPS then I am.

Like on Jinrok Heroic last night I pulled 180k meanwhile another ret pulled 290k. Obviously my gear isnt at his level. But, I dont think my his gear would give him a 110k DPS increase over my gear.

I am thinking its more my rotation that is causing this. Can anyone give me an idea is my rotation is correct for the gear I have.
