ElvUI - Problem with target unit frames

Hello there!

I am looking for a solution to a problem I have been having with the unit frame display in ElvUI. More specifically, the target frame does not display correctly when fighting against NPC characters, but does display correctly when targeting a player.

I've tried adding some screenshots through photobucket, but not sure if they'll work :P (Apparently you cant post links of any kind until I reach a certain number of posts - pain in the ass! :/)

I'll describe the problem further, the player target frame looks displays; mana/energy etc (left), Health (top right), Name (bottom right)

I would expect the NPC target frame to use the same layout as the player frame, but the frame displays; Name (left), Level (center), Health (top right)

I cant see anywhere in the settings for NPC frame or anything similar, so I'm wondering if I can sort this problem out?

UnitFrames > Target Frame > untick "Text Toggle On NPC"
