The fight follows a relatively predictable pattern which you guys haven't got down yet (it takes some practice)

For starters your two biggest problems are:
    1) Your dru is consistently getting eaten by the bats.
    2) People are dieing to rockfall

Lets address these two first since its mechanics that are killing you, dps and hps come after mechanics.
    1) The hunter needs to MD the bats onto the bat tank. A simple macro would be
    /target [insettanknamehere]
    /cast misdirection
/target vampiric cave bat (or w/e they are called)
    /cast scattershot
You need to save 40 focus, my macro may not be 100% correct but you get the idea.

If the dru is still getting eaten make macros to hand of protection, then hand of salv him each time the bats come. With 2 palas you can certainly cover most bat spawns with this.

    2) The quake stomp combined with the rockfall is the highest damage phase of the fight. You will take damage from the rockfall but being in a blue circle will likely kill people. Thats pure awareness, never be caught in a blue circle, ever! Since its nature damage, rotate devotion auras as much as possible after the stomp. It should be the first thing the pala tanks hit after a stomp to take the edge off the damage. Spirit shell is awesome here and you have 2 disc priests. Let them alternate the stomps with spirit shell. Casting cascade and POM just after the stomp is a great way to get smartheals bouncing around.

Once you've got the 2 points above down the next piece of the puzzle is killing the bats before the next quake stomp. It's important the bat tank is topped off here to prevent drain the weak. Drag them into melee and once you have enough threat nuke the little bastards hard, lights hammer (which you use) should be alternated for this. With vengeance, its damage and healing is, well OP.

If you can master this and not derp on the kicking then its just a matter of rinse and repeat until the burn which with 3 healers I'd do closer to 20% than 30%.

Finally, for you! Try taking the boss at the start and switching just before the bats come down. This will give you some vengeance (equals threat!). Look top down, get under them and holy wrath them, smack em with your shield and hotr / consecrate as you drag them back to melee. Then go to town. Your attempts are too short to see properly but go check the pala forums, the correct rotations are there. It's vital that you max your HoPo generators and that you use that HP smartly (sotr!!!)

    Good luck.

MD is just a crutch for weak raid awareness and tank awareness.

Learn where the bats spawn, pay attention to timers or the cave the bats come out of. Healers move away from where they come down, tank move to where they come down.

Bats should be dead before quake stomp, or the tank taking them will likely die or need to use a cd before he gets stunned.

Paladin taking the bats can use wog on either on himself of the other tank to generate agro on them before they land. consecrate glyph may help too.

Well, if they had that they wouldn't need help with the 4th boss would they? MD helps solve one of the biggest problems they currently have. Seems dumb not to use it, no?

I´d like to add two things.
First of all, the hardest thing for the bat-tank is to see 1) There are bats somewhere in the room and they head to healer xy and 2) They are still far enough from the healer they are heading to to not hit him but near enough to the ground to be hit by AoE tank abilities. As a warrior, if I jump at them and thunderclap and MISS them, the Healer and I are going to have a rough time.
Then, the second thing I´d like to add is, that the time between bats and Ground Stomp grows asunder the longer the fight lasts. That means, you will likely have a few bats left when the next ground stomp hits the group. But between the second and the incoming Ground Stomp should be more than enough time to have them killed.

Also, assign small raid cooldowns for each stomp. And moving away from the blue circles means actually not just step outside. Get as far away from every circle as possible. it lowers the damage.

And if that doesn't work for some reason, Demonic Gateway can be used to reduce threat. Just put it somewhere in the middle and on every bat spawn healers can use it.

If you tank Tortos as a paladin, heal yourself/others. That generates more then enough threat for 99% of the time bats coming to you when you tank Tortos (as you as prot. pala generate more healing aggro (all that sweet vengeance as well) then healers) and then it is easy for your bear to pick them up from you.

If you as paladin won't AoE the bats, the guardian should have no aggro issues in picking those up from you. If your druid symbiosis pala for consecration and your bear lands it just before the bats arrive, he will have control over the bats.

Your bear could take Disorienting Roar as well to stun the bats when they land (roar will be off CD for each set of bats, same as consecration). Also when you still have bats up, when Quake comes, just pop some of your def. CD and try to keep SD up as much as possible.

Here is our first kill video from PoV of guardian and our latest logs.

You should sort your healer CDs for each Quake.

Make sure your priests (all specs) are specced into halo and hit it just before (or if they screw up, immediately after) quake stomp. Big healing from that at just the right time.
I don't think this matters nearly as much as you think it does.

+1 for having the bat tank start on tortos. we had problems with healers dying to bats until we started doing this, and absolutely no problems afterward. especially as a paladin, you have so much healing aggro already, and then having vengeance built up before they land makes it easy.
