Hey guys i wanna know whats better chest and legs from LFR 502 Tier 15 or Chest and Legs 522 ilvl ( cheast from OOM and Legs Horridon)

Yea Im too think Tier could be better but im under soft cap and maybe 522 give me better bonus from stats+soft cap relative to 15% on RM
