Holy power system needs more than one finisher. You cant just remove inq and TV spam with all your HoPo. For PvE there is no problem.
But for PvP its a different story. At first inquisition wasnt even intended for PvP. Our mastery was Divine Purpose proc. Holy damage in PvP wasnt high enoguh to justify inquisition. PvP build skipped the talent increasing inquisition duration. Since that didnt work out they changed our mastery and inquisition become necessary in pvp.
Now we choose between 2 finishers while still having to maintain inquisition all the while getting less HoPo because we dont have full uptime. The amount of offensive finishers we use in PvP is much less than PvE. So why does inquisition mechanic work the same way in PvP as it does in PvE. Imo the obvious solution is to make a viable glyph that makes inquisition better for PvP while reducing its effect in PvE.
