9 times out of 10 that, and those websites, are highly misleading. I would not recommend them. It's better to ask actual people, than resort to a numbers game.

I'd say you should look at a website like systemrequirementslab.com, or something similiar. What it does is check your system specs, and compares that to the req and optimal spec requirements for a game, and based on that information it will tell if it runs smoothly, or its like a no go etc, if that is what you're looking for.

CYRI compares your hardware with the minimum specs printed on the box, not the minimum playable specs. What WoW box says is bare minimum for solo questing in the middle of empty Durotar. If you try to raid with those minimum specs you'll see frames per second turn into seconds per frame.

Naw. Watercooling is 90% aesthetics and 10% practicality. It's nicer in SOME applications, but (not trying to offend) not within your area of budget or hardware demand.
