Can anyone tell me the addons used in this ui just off looks i wanna do a copycat of it ><

WeakAuras, Grid, Skada, Button Facade (or something like that)... Some sort of Hello kitty crap, the ribbons? Not sure about the rest of it, whether it's a package UI or just like Bartender4 skinned.

Aye, could be a personalised version of (most likely) TukUI. If you know their name Lockndrop, can't you mail/whisper them?

Aquamonkey has the right idea - Probably that with less of the colour mixed with TukUI for the chat, map and UnitFrames.
