Spark of Zandalar- PvP-

So this dropped for me yesterday (check link if you don't know what I'm referring to http://www.wowhead.com/item=95654#screenshots). If I'm honest I didn't even know this item existed prior to me receiving it. Now I haven't had chance to check it out fully, but I ran a few random bgs yesterday and I'm unsure whether this would be a viable trinket to use in pvp.
Now I will say one thing, you need to be constantly whacking something in order to get stacks (need 10) and takes a whole minute to fade, but once you do get the proc the str buff is pretty massive, and by the time the proc ends and the cool pixel effect fades, you could already be at 4/5 stacks again, providing you manage to continue hitting something during that window.
Providing you manage to stay alive and continuously whacking something this may be a decent option in 3s or rbgs (Just going to put that out there, don't jump down my throat ). Aline it with our one shot macro and the damage is very much welcomed.

I do realise that all gear is scaled down to 496 when in a pvp environment but imo this trinket would be a better bet than the tyrannical one.

( Originally I was farming valor for the shadow pan assault brutal trinket(http://www.wowhead.com/item=94508, which is better still than the spark trinket since it's icd is 1min 15 secs, allowing it to coordinate with our 1/2 min cds.)

If anyone has any more information/opinions I welcome them.

*sidenote* acquiring pve items to optimise your pvp effectiveness is a step in the wrong direction, but what can one do...

You can't control the procc, haste is our least wanted stat for pvp... Brutal Talisman is a fine trinket but most of it's expertise is wasted and again you can't control the procc. While it's duration (30s in pvp) allows to get your cooldowns out most likely it's procc should also get scaled down to ilvl 496, making it much less appealing. Why not just take 3k strength on use (1/3 uptime) & +4% overall damage?

I would stick with the Brutal Talisman or PvP burst trinket, spark is pretty underwhelming.

I dont feel comfortable making a blanket statement by just saying that spark is worse than some 463 trinkets because it might be a bit of an exaggeration, but it certainly feels that way.
