Okay my other cpu died and i was off for 1 1/2 week but now i got a athlon 64 4200 x2 and is GREAT and also i order 2gb of memory from the same buyer

So now i want to change my cpu fan but in a budget ether on ebay or anywhere somewhere under $15 also i want to swap my dead cd to something better

Any dvd burner should be fine.
Don't bother upgrading the heatsink unless it is overheating as you won't be overclocking a dell especially a slimline.

EDIT: lockblock beat me with better advice, but the cooler plan may still work.
