Retribution Paladin Mastery Bug

Hey

Since Patch 5.3, a strange bug occurred with retri mastery:

It is now 10% less powerful than it should be.

Because of this bug, overall dmg of retribution paladins decreased by ~1.5%

It's not been fixed yet, seems GC stated they can hotfix it but they have yet to do so

Also 2pc isn't increasing Holy TV's damage, already acknowledged and should be fixed soon aswell.

All these things should be a 3-4% buff.

There's been no hotfix notes for it yet, but it is indeed fixed. You can check it yourself on a target dummy, same way anyone found the bug in the first place. The 2p/Holy TV one isn't fixed yet though (or at least, wasn't as of Sunday afternoon).
