Looking to get a new monitor under $200

I'm looking to get a fairly cheap 22-26 inch monitor. I'm not super pick about quality but I want it to have a decent picture. I'm basically looking for the most bang for my buck while staying under $200

I don't know anything about the technology behind them but what's the difference between
    http://www.amazon.com/Acer-G236HL-Bb...4+inch+monitor
    and
    http://www.amazon.com/Asus-VS247H-P-...4+inch+monitor
    ?

Also are there places out there cheaper than amazon?

    Thanks a bunch.

Dell UltraSharp U2312HM $194 (no HDMI connection, in case you're looking for that)

Asus PB238Q $180-200 (if you need HDMI)

IPS monitor will offer the best image as it has more accurate and better quality colours and better viewing angles.

I have this monitor and it is very good but the stand is wobbly, it doesn't move on a strong desk though.

If/when it becomes available again my fiance just got
    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...-24009422-L04C
and it's a very nice one and was only $140

    Also I got
    http://www.staples.com/AOC-E2450SWD-...product_485772
on a deal in the store for $140 and I couldn't be happier

neither have HDMI but both have DVI and VGA. The acer came with both cables (dvi and vga) The AOC one sadly only came with a vga cable. But we had extra laying around so it wasn't a big deal
