That's the Pitcairn XT version, so no. (the "16" in the middle part gives it away).

Wait for the GTX 760 to come out (should be due at the end of this week). I recently bought a 7970GE (Sapphire Vapor-X) but the coil whine was unbearable. As many other cards seem to have this problem, I would not recommend a 7000-series AMD/ATI card at all.
