I tought it would be more annoying but it's not. Anyway you can change it's opacity to even 1% if you find it a bit too much, and pretty much change anything on it like colors, size, levels and stuff. Also you can set the health tresholds, disable sounds, or just disable some part of it.
Currently missing the blood effects, the main concept is that you will be able to wipe the blood of your screen. I would like to release it as a standalone addon, currently just testing it in Power Auras.
