Help explain some stuff please?

Just started playing again and I have a couple questions.

-Whats a key run?
-Whats ubers run?
-What is Infernal Machines?

So basically the new stuff. Any other things you would like to add would be great, these are just a couple of the things I remember seeing and going I don't what that is. I just started playing after nearly a year break.
Hit 60 on my WD last night and would like to know what all these new things are .
