Would I be able to get a refund on GW2?

Bought it on release with mates, played 4 a month got to level 43 and got bored and quit.

I heard the cut off period was 6 months? is that true?

I should of refunded the game earlier

Highly doubt it since you played it for a month.

I don't think it would be possible to get a refund now it's been many months since the game was released.

What's with all of this refund nonsense?? You don't buy a bike and go for a refund 4 months later.

Well..thats pretty crazy to want a refund 9 months later for something you actually played.

    No OP, you can not.

And you should not, that's a jerky move. lol "Hey, I played this game, now I'm bored of it, can I get a refund" after 9 months... That's just... I don't even know what to say even. Maybe I should start returning games like Red Alert 2 and ask for a refund, heck, it's only been like 10 years.

    A refund?

You wouldn't be able to get one even if you only played it for a minute.

The cut off period was the point where you bought the game.

Going to close this thread here for a few reasons:

    1. The question is better asked of Arena.net support.
    2. The game is approaching a year in release.
    3. The consensus opinion here on MMO-Champion is soundly, "No."
    4. Keeping these threads open only will invite insult toward the OP.
    5. It is in poor taste to seek a refund at this stage. Where again, the question should be asked of Arena.net rather than a subforum on a World of Warcraft website.
