I'd like some advise what to do! (upgrade what?)

Hello, lately i have been having some problems with wow. I got screen tearing all of the sudden, but i guess i can cover that with vsyns and 3x buffering, but i also got weird hickups in the game. Even on low graphics my characters, and other characters still move a bit like robots. I know this should be fixable, but i literally tried everything..

So i would like to ask, what do you guys think i should upgrade?

What i got now is (sorry for the long list of text):
