Looking for any tips etc for our warrior in my raid team.

His dps seems very low for the gear he has.

He uses the wrong talents and glyphs. He should specc Dragon´s Roar + Bloodbath. Also, he should use the Glyph of Unending Rage. Not using Glyph of Unending Rage indicates, that he doesn´t know much about pooling rage and exploiting his CS window. Make him look that up. Also, he has like 1,8% too much expertise, but I assume it´s only because of his gear. I was flooded with hit for a long while.

He only uses 14 Colossus Smash the hole fight. That still seems a bit low. Also, he only used Bloodbath twice. It has a 1 minute CD. make him macro it together with dragon´s roar if he keeps forgetting. He also only uses heroic leap twice. It´s a fight with a lot of moving. Spreading, stacking, getting away from thunderaxe, moving out of lightning whip... He should use that far more often. Even in fight where you don´t need to move much you can use heroic leap in the CS debuff window to add extra damage because Heroic leap is off gcd.

His single target dmg breakdown indicates he is using the wrong priority/rotation.

Wild strike should not be higher in dmg/use than heroic strike. If you check the top parses, heroic strike is consistently the higher share of total damage compared to wild strike, as it should be. Heroic strike is spammed during a fury warriors rage dump with colossus strike active. It seems to me that your warrior is using wild strike too often, leading him to not have a large enough rage pool to properly take advantage of colossus smash. Tell him that although it may seem counter intuitive, even with a perfect rotation there may be times as fury you skipping GCDs in order to ool rage. Just because everything else is on CD does not mean you should use wild strike, its a major dps loss to waste rage.

And as previously mentioned: Make sure he takes dragons roar and not blade storm (for most fights) and ensure that he uses bloodbath in line with d-roar and colossus smash. Colossus smash needs to be prioritized better, as his uptime is too low, and this is our main driver of rage dumping and maximizing dps. Unending rage glyph = must.
